Refund Policy
SART CREATIVE TRADING SRL · Draft — not yet in effect
Overview
Every PAS CU PAS Challenge purchase is made up of two parts, as described in the Official Pas cu Pas Handbook and the Terms & Conditions:
- Platform Fee — pays for access to PAS CU PAS and supports the operation and development of the Platform. The Platform Fee is non-refundable except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law or expressly provided for in this Policy. Your outcome for the month does not change this.
- Commitment Deposit — your personal financial commitment to completing the Challenge Level you selected. The Commitment Deposit is refunded to your Commitment Wallet, or forfeited, depending on your result for the month, as set out below.
Refunds of your Commitment Deposit are credited to your Commitment Wallet, not back to your original payment method. The Commitment Wallet shows only the amount you have actually received back. What each Wallet can be used for is set out in Withdrawing Funds From Your Wallet. Challenge purchases, Wallet actions, Shield purchases, and withdrawal requests are all made on the Platform website, not in the Platform Android app.
This Refund Policy explains exactly when your Commitment Deposit is refunded, and clarifies that Prize Pool and Bronze Rewards are rewards, not refunds.
This Refund Policy distinguishes between:
- the ordinary monthly settlement of your Commitment Deposit (Sections 2 to 4);
- any mandatory consumer withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to you by law (Section 5);
- confirmed payment-processing errors and duplicate charges (Section 11);
- cases where PAS CU PAS fails to provide the service you contracted for (Section 11); and
- Fraud Review sanctions (Section 9).
Successful Month — Full Deposit Refund
If you complete every required session for your selected Challenge Level before the end of the month, your Commitment Deposit for that month is refunded in full to your Commitment Wallet during Monthly Settlement, which takes place on the 1st day of the following month at Official Pas cu Pas Server Time.
Failed Month Without a Pas cu Pas Shield — Deposit Forfeited
If you do not complete your Challenge Level's required sessions by the end of the month, and you do not have an available Pas cu Pas Shield, your Commitment Deposit for that month is forfeited during Monthly Settlement. This is not treated as a service failure or billing error — it is the mechanism described in the Handbook by which Commitment Deposits fund Bronze Rewards and the Prize Pools.
Forfeited deposits are not eligible for a refund request through PAS CU PAS's standard support process, except where required by applicable law.
Failed Month With a Pas cu Pas Shield — Deposit Refunded to Commitment Wallet
If a Pas cu Pas Shield is available, it is automatically consumed to protect a month you did not complete. When this happens:
- Your streak, Badge, and selected Challenge Level are preserved;
- Your Commitment Deposit for that month is refunded to your Commitment Wallet during Monthly Settlement, in the same way as a successful month;
- You do not receive a Prize Pool reward for that month.
A Shield protects your progress. It does not replace a completed commitment.
Cancelling a Challenge
PAS CU PAS does not use automatic recurring billing, so there is no subscription to cancel. A Challenge you have purchased is a commitment for that month, and ceasing to use the Platform does not cancel it.
- The Platform Fee remains non-refundable, subject to the exception in Section 8.
- Your Commitment Deposit remains governed by the outcome of that month's Challenge under the normal rules above — ceasing to use the Platform does not, by itself, forfeit or refund your deposit.
- If the Challenge is not completed successfully, your Commitment Deposit is forfeited exactly as it would be for any other failed Challenge.
No further charge is made unless you purchase another Challenge. This does not affect any mandatory consumer right of withdrawal or cancellation that applies to you by law.
Prize Pool Rewards and Bronze Rewards Are Not Refunds
Bronze Rewards and Prize Pool payments (Silver, Gold, and Elite) are rewards for consistency, paid into your Prize Wallet during Monthly Settlement, as described in the Handbook and Pricing page. They are separate from, and not a substitute for, your Commitment Deposit refund.
A reward is only paid if you meet the streak and Challenge Level requirements for that specific Prize Pool at the time it is calculated. Your share of a Prize Pool is sized according to your Challenge Level's Contribution Weight, not divided equally. A Prize Pool reward is never paid for a month in which a Pas cu Pas Shield was consumed.
Referral Wallet credits are also not refunds. They are non-cash credits that cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.
Withdrawing Funds From Your Wallet
Your Pas cu Pas Wallet is made up of three separate balances:
- Commitment Wallet — receives refunded Commitment Deposits and shows only the amount you have actually received back. Available funds can be withdrawn and used to purchase future Challenges, through the Platform website. Commitment Deposits still held for an active Challenge are not available for withdrawal or spending;
- Prize Wallet — receives Bronze Rewards and Prize Pool rewards. Eligible Prize Wallet balances can be withdrawn. Prize Wallet funds cannot be used to purchase Challenges or Shields;
- Referral Wallet — holds non-cash referral credits. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another Wallet, converted into cash, or used to purchase Challenges. They can be used only to purchase eligible Shields on the Platform website. The Referral Wallet is being prepared for launch and is not yet operational.
To withdraw an eligible withdrawable balance (available Commitment Wallet funds and eligible Prize Wallet funds), on the Platform website (withdrawals cannot be requested in the Platform Android app):
- You submit a withdrawal request through the Platform website;
- The PAS CU PAS team reviews the request and approves or rejects it;
- Following approval, we obtain the payment details needed from you;
- SART CREATIVE TRADING SRL pays the approved amount directly from its company bank account, as soon as reasonably possible once approved;
- The transaction and its status are recorded and made available to you.
Account deletion: Your account can only be deleted when your Commitment Wallet and Prize Wallet balances are zero (Referral Wallet credit is not counted), you have no active Challenge, and you have no pending withdrawal. An active Challenge is the Challenge Level you selected when you purchased your Challenge; every Challenge ends at the end of the calendar month. If you want to delete your account, you must first withdraw any remaining Commitment Wallet and Prize Wallet funds. Deleting your account does not itself pay out or transfer a Wallet balance. Any Referral Wallet credit that remains when your deletion is completed is forfeited and is not paid out or transferred. See the Account Deletion section of the Contact page.
Every Wallet transaction — including Challenge purchases, deposit refunds, rewards (including referral rewards), Shield purchases, and withdrawals — is permanently recorded in your Wallet History and remains available in your account on the Platform website at any time.
Platform Fee Is Non-Refundable
The Platform Fee is non-refundable except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law or expressly provided for in this Policy. Your outcome for the month — whether you succeed, fail, are protected by a Shield, or stop using the Platform — does not entitle you to a refund of the Platform Fee portion of your Challenge purchase. Nothing in this Policy affects any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
Fraud Review and Forfeiture
If suspicious activity is detected on your account, Monthly Settlement for that account is paused while it is reviewed. You will be contacted and may be asked to provide additional information, and you have 14 calendar days to respond.
If, after review, fraud is not confirmed, settlement proceeds normally and your Commitment Deposit and any Prize Pool reward are refunded or paid exactly as described above.
If fraud is confirmed:
- That month's Commitment Deposit is forfeited;
- Any Prize Pool reward for that month is forfeited;
- Your account is suspended.
If requested information is not provided within 14 calendar days, the suspension becomes permanent, and the Commitment Deposit and any Prize Pool reward for the month under review are forfeited as they would be if fraud had been established for that month. Not responding is not, by itself, a finding that fraud occurred or that any particular amount, or every balance in every Wallet, was obtained fraudulently. Funds already available in your Commitment Wallet are not automatically forfeited solely because your account was flagged or because it was suspended for not responding.
Where fraud is established, the complete sanctions and recovery provisions in Section 17 of the Terms & Conditions apply. In summary, and subject to applicable law:
- proven fraud affecting earlier Challenge months may be reviewed and sanctioned, including fraud discovered after a Challenge has been settled or a reward has been credited, withdrawn, or used;
- the Commitment Deposit for each month affected by proven fraud is forfeited;
- rewards attributable to the fraud may be forfeited or reversed, including amounts already credited to a Wallet or paid out;
- Referral Wallet credits obtained fraudulently or improperly may be reversed under the applicable referral rules; and
- your account may be permanently suspended or terminated.
These sanctions apply to the amounts, rewards, and credits attributable to the fraud or to the matter under review. They do not apply automatically to every balance in every Wallet. If this Policy and Section 17 of the Terms & Conditions differ on Fraud Review, Section 17 applies.
Disputed Session Verifications
If you believe a session was incorrectly marked as not meeting the requirements for your Challenge Level, you may contact us to request a review.
Payment Processing Errors and Service Failures
If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge for a Challenge you did not purchase), contact us at support@pascupas.app and we will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors, subject to Stripe's own policies.
If PAS CU PAS fails to provide the service you contracted for, applicable law may give you rights, for example to have the service provided or to a remedy. Please contact us at support@pascupas.app. This Policy does not create any additional discretionary right to a refund.
How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal
To ask a question about a refund or request a review, contact us at support@pascupas.app. Wallet withdrawal requests are submitted on the Platform website (see Withdrawing Funds From Your Wallet above).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, consistent with the Official Pas cu Pas Handbook. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform Android app, the Platform website, or email before the changes take effect.
